CEDA, in collaboration with the Agora ThinkTank, is offering members a special opportunity to learn more about CSR, cross-sector partnerships and asset building. A lunch will be held on the 89th floor of the Eureka Tower and will feature the National Australia Bank discussing its various asset-building programs and Melbourne Citymission's inventive social enterprise, a board game entitled 'Another Day, Another Dollar'.

While many not-for-profits, government departments and businesses are working to address social disadvantage, in isolation it is difficult to deal with these issues.  Increasingly, cross-sector partnerships are being established and one area of partnership growth is asset building, focussing on supporting and enabling people in poverty to accumulate assets and giving them the tools to most help them in the long term.
