Privacy Policy
Agora collects this information to conduct our business and it will not be passed to other organisations. Photography and audio will take place at the conference and may be reproduced in Agora publications or on the website.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by Monday 8th June will receive a full refund minus $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after 8th June. Substitute participants are welcome but must be advised in writing.
